Two immediate openings are available to support K-8 and preschool-aged students, collaborating closely with dedicated IEP and special education teams. In this role, you will: Work onsite, fostering supportive relationships with students, staff, and families. Join a collaborative SPED team, helping to drive positive educational and behavioral outcomes. Complete timely assessments and evaluations, contributing valuable insights to inform student support plans. Support students in meeting their IEP goals, and ensure compliance with state and district requirements. Provide targeted, compassionate guidance to students and offer consultative support to teachers and administrators. Communicate effectively with team members and families to identify student needs and monitor progress.

Ideal candidates bring:

A current Colorado Psychologist License and CDE Certification. School-based social work experience, preferably serving K-8 or early childhood populations. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including special educators, administrators, and families. Strong skills in assessment, documentation, and case management. Dedication to maintaining compliance and upholding professional ethical standards. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. This contract position covers 35-37.5 hours per week, running through May 27th, 2027, with a Monday through Friday schedule and assignment to a supportive, public school district in the Golden, CO area.
