School Social Worker Needed for the 26/27 School Year

Category Schools - Social Worker Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join a supportive school district in Elizabeth, CO for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral success within the school setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling services to students Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs Conduct assessments and contribute to intervention planning Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Assist with crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and behavior support strategies Connect students and families with community resources and support services Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
