2993590796-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a School Social Worker to support students' academic and social-emotional success across partner schools. In this role, you will provide assessments, counseling, and case management; participate in IEP/504 and multidisciplinary team meetings; and collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families. You'll connect students with community resources, support crisis intervention and tiered interventions (MTSS/RTI, PBIS, SEL), and maintain clear, compliant documentation. Responsibilities Provide school-based social work services to support students' academic and social-emotional success Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans in collaboration with IEP/504 teams Deliver individual and group counseling and crisis intervention as needed Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate support and resources Document services, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and district requirements Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions Consult with school staff on behavior, attendance, and social-emotional needs Connect students and families with community resources and external providers Support prevention and tiered intervention efforts (MTSS/RTI, PBIS, SEL) Maintain ethical, compliant practice aligned with school social work standards Required Skills School social work practice Student psychosocial assessment Individual and group counseling IEP/504 and special education processes Crisis intervention and risk assessment Case management and care coordination Behavioral and SEL intervention (MTSS/RTI, PBIS) Family engagement and conferencing Documentation and compliance in school settings Collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams
