Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their academic, social, and emotional well-being. This contract opportunity centers on providing social work services in a vibrant educational setting, offering direct support to K-12 students through June 2027.

Key Qualifications:

Active Colorado Teaching License (CDE) required SSW (School Social Worker) or Counselor endorsement mandatory Previous experience serving school-aged children (K-12) preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite and adapt within dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group counseling services to students across all grade levels Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to coordinate support strategies Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans Assist with crisis intervention, behavior management, and the promotion of positive peer relationships Serve as a resource and advocate for students' social-emotional growth and access to community resources Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to enhance student performance and well-being Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
