10/12/2026 . Key Responsibilities Provide mental health and behavioral support services to students. Support students with IEPs and special education needs. Conduct assessments, documentation, and case management activities. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Assist students with social, emotional, and academic success. Support mild-to-moderate, affective needs, and significant support needs populations. Requirements Active School Social Worker credential/licensure required. Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential required and in hand. School-based or special education experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Education Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required. Certifications Active School Social Worker License/Certification. Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Credential. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Special Education (SPED) students. Knowledge of IEP processes and mental health services in schools. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
