We're seeking two experienced Social Workers to fill full-time, onsite assignment roles spanning two school locations each. These contract positions begin as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year, offering rewarding opportunities to assist students from early childhood to high school age as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum three years of direct experience working in school settings Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Holds a valid Colorado Special Service Provider license: School Social Worker (birth21) Proven ability to support students facing personal, academic, and psychological challenges Strong skills in communication and collaboration with families, faculty, and community agencies Experience with crisis intervention, student assessment, and individualized support plans Commitment to fulfilling the entire school year contract Completion of background check and fingerprinting in accordance with district standards

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver mental health and counseling services to students, supporting student achievement and positive school engagement Address attendance, behavioral, and emotional issues, offering remediation through counseling or workshops Identify and assess student needs, referring to external services when appropriate Maintain detailed case files, tracking progress and trends in student performance and well-being Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to provide holistic support Work onsite at two assigned schools per position, with assignments based on availability Enjoy a school-based role where you provide critical social-emotional support, foster resilience, and help shape positive educational experiences.
