Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Master's Social Worker to provide outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. In this client-centered role, you'll complete assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and offer ongoing psychotherapy in person and via telehealth. You'll document care in our EHR, collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers, and uphold the highest ethical and clinical standards. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to diverse clients in an outpatient setting Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans Document sessions, diagnoses, and treatment progress in the electronic health record in a timely, compliant manner Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, and other providers as needed Maintain ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with licensure, state, and Thriveworks standards Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team meetings to support quality care Support client access through timely scheduling, follow-up, and crisis triage within scope Engage in ongoing professional development and training offered by Thriveworks Required Skills Clinical assessment Psychotherapy (individual, couples, family) Treatment planning Diagnostic evaluation/DSM-5 Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Care coordination Evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT skills) Cultural competence in practice Knowledge of ethics and mental health regulations
