We're seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) MST Clinician to join our team and deliver impactful treatment to youth facing behavioral challenges.
What You'll Do Each Day:
Meet Families in
Their Homes and Community Settings:
Initiate contact within 48 hours of referral to build trust and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
Deliver Intensive, Tailored MST Treatment:
Work directly with youth aged 12-17 and their families, developing personalized treatment plans that focus on strengths and address challenges like delinquency and substance use. Facilitate Behavior Change in
Natural Environments:
Help families develop and strengthen natural support networks, including school, community, and home settings. Collaborate with a
Multidisciplinary Team:
Participate in team meetings with supervisors, probation officers, and other professionals to coordinate care and share insights.
Track Progress and Document Outcomes:
Write monthly reports on youth progress, discuss treatment milestones with referring agencies, and plan next steps.
Support Families Through Transitions:
Conduct ending sessions to review progress and celebrate success stories, ensuring families feel empowered and equipped for continued growth. Be an
Advocate and Cultural Liaison:
Use your bilingual skills to serve diverse families, ensuring communication is clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field. Valid clinical license (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A). Strong therapeutic, advocacy, and crisis intervention skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English - ability to communicate effectively with clients and families. Experience working with youth and families preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Valid driver's license to use a company provided car (and paid gas card)
