Lutheran Services Florida seeks a compassionate Youth Social Worker to support at-risk children and teens through assessment, case management, and counseling. In this part-time role, you will develop service plans, connect youth and families to community resources, and collaborate with schools, courts, and healthcare providers. You will document progress, ensure safety and compliance with agency and state regulations, and advocate for youth in crisis. Working within a mission-driven, faith-informed, and team-focused culture, you will help strengthen families, promote resilience, and support positive long-term outcomes for vulnerable youth across Florida.
