Role Description The Bilingual Social Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Social Worker will conduct client interviews, develop and monitor service plans, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure appropriate support. Proficiency in maintaining detailed, confidential records and using digital case management or documentation systems. Knowledge of community resources, public assistance programs, and family support services, ideally within food assistance or human services environments. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field; relevant licensure or certification is preferred where applicable. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery. Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL, manage multiple cases, and adapt to changing client and program needs.
