Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress notes using Microsoft Office tools. Conduct assessments related to child welfare, disabilities, and high-risk populations to determine needs and develop tailored action plans. Deliver first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate safety during emergencies. Work effectively with culturally diverse communities and individuals with disabilities by demonstrating strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity. Experience Proven experience working with children, families, or in social services environments. Knowledge of child protective services procedures, child welfare practices, and family law regulations. Experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, or conflict resolution within high-risk populations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
