Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Aftercare Worker to join our team. This paid position plays a vital role in providing safe, engaging, and supportive after-school care for children. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong child supervision skills, and a commitment to positive youth development to create a welcoming atmosphere where children can thrive beyond the classroom. Duties Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Facilitate engaging youth group activities, including games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play Manage behavior using effective behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement strategies Should have the following: Experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or daycare settings Ability to supervise children effectively Experience facilitating youth programs or outdoor activities is preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Prior experience in recreational activities involving young children is a plus Join us as an Aftercare Worker to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners!
