Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family and Health Coordinator to join our team in Myakka, FL. As the Family and Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programs that promote the health and well-being of families in our community.Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Health Science, Health Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field2+ years of verifiable experience working with families in and their children providing coordination of health and family servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Health Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field1+ years of verifiable experience working with families in and their children providing coordination of health and family servicesBilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English) Experience working with diverse populationsKnowledge of community resources and servicesResponsibilities:
