In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them take the first step toward a rewarding career in healthcare. If you enjoy building relationships, supporting students, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Recruit and engage prospective nursing students through phone calls, email, text, community outreach, and follow-up. Provide accurate information about nursing programs, admissions requirements, tuition, financial aid resources, and career opportunities. Guide applicants through each step of the enrollment process, from initial inquiry through admission. Schedule admissions consultations, campus tours, and informational meetings. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase student enrollment. Represent the nursing school at career fairs, high schools, community events, and recruitment activities. Maintain accurate applicant records and monitor enrollment progress using admissions systems. Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a positive student experience. Build lasting relationships with prospective students and provide exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applicants and priorities. Experience in admissions, student recruitment, higher education, healthcare, sales, or customer service is preferred. Passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn admissions software. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
