We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Group Leader to facilitate engaging, structured groups in a supportive day treatment setting. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends .

What You'll Do:

Lead engaging groups focused on coping skills, wellness, and daily living Foster a supportive, positive environment for client growth Complete simple, timely documentation Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required Experience in mental health, substance use, or group facilitation preferred Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
