Job Description:
Youth Specialist, Middle School Academies:
Seeking energetic and dedicated child care Youth Specialists to provide direct supervision in a safe, fun and educational environment for all Middle School Academy participants. Our Leaders provide a quality experience to children and parents focused on core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. If you have a strong desire to encourage learning, mentor and be a positive role model for children, you may have an opportunity for a rewarding career.
Duties:
Supervises an assigned group of children to ensure safety Nurtures children and provides academic growth opportunities that support the school curriculum Engages children by facilitating program activities that are designed to enrich their lives Establishes a positive rapport with children, parents, and staff while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
Youth Specialist, School Age Programs:
Provide a safe, fun, and educational environment for children in our school-based programs. You'll be a role model, mentor, and guide as you nurture children's academic and personal growth. Your leadership will help create positive memories and lasting impact for both the kids and their families.
Duties:
Supervise and ensure the safety of a group of children Facilitate fun and enriching activities that support school curriculum Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff while promoting core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring

Days & Hours:
Part Time position.
Before-school hours:
7:00am - 9:30am.
After-school hours:
3:30pm - 6:00pm. Flexible schedules may consist of before school, after school, or a combination of both. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$15 per hour; depends on experience. Benefits are offered.
