Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of social work experience Acute hospital experience
- Required Georgia LCSW license
- Required AHA BLS certification
- Required Travel candidates only
Radius Rule:
Candidates must be within 50 miles away from the facility.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional social work services to hospitalized patients and their families. Assess patients' psychosocial needs and identify barriers affecting care and discharge. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaborate with physicians, nurses, case management, behavioral health, and other healthcare professionals. Interested!
