Overview- Hospice LMSW and Volunteer Coordinator- PER
VISIT PAY
for patient visit Hourly Pay will be discussed in interview. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential social work services within a vibrant community-focused organization. Responsibilities Provide direct social work support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with management to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions Skills Developing trust and rapport with hospice patients and families, encouraging talk therapy. Assisting families with final arrangements, etc. Deep understanding of social work principles combined with hands-on experience in social service settings Exceptional management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate service, innovative programs, and inspiring leadership.
