You'll:
Lead an after-school program serving elementary-age keiki Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides Create a fun, welcoming environment where children feel safe and engaged Plan activities including games, enrichment, homework support, and outdoor play Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and your team Manage daily attendance, communication, and site operations Help develop future leaders while creating an amazing experience for every child You're a Great Fit If You... You don't need to have been a classroom teacher to succeed here. We're looking for people who have experience leading others and enjoy working with children, including: Coaches Camp counselors Youth ministry leaders Scout leaders Education assistants Recreation leaders Childcare professionals Anyone who's successfully led groups of children What You'll Need At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Experience working with and leading groups of children Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Availability Monday-Friday afternoons The hours may be part-time, but the impact is anything but. You'll help create the place children look forward to after school—a place where they build friendships, gain confidence, discover new interests, and feel supported every single day.
