Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children in the Quad Cities community? Do you have a strong desire to collaborate with schools, families, and volunteers to ensure that every child has access to the resources they need to succeed? If so, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a United for Schools Site Coordinator!
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with school leaders, educators, families, and community organizations to remove barriers and help every student thrive. Lead the implementation of the United for Schools/Communities In Schools model, creating school-wide strategies that improve student success. Provide individualized support to students by assessing needs, coordinating services, and monitoring progress toward goals. Recruit and engage volunteers, businesses, and community partners to expand resources and opportunities for students. Track outcomes, analyze data, and share impact to ensure programs are achieving measurable results. Serve as a trusted connector and advocate, strengthening relationships that create lasting positive outcomes for students and families.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field Experience working with children and families in a school or community setting Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for social justice and equity in education If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is dedicated to creating positive change in the lives of students, we want to hear from you!
