Families First is looking for a compassionate, organized professional to join our team as a Facilitator. In this rewarding role, you will lead Family Focused Meetings (FFMs), Post Removal Conferences (PRCs), and Child Safety Conferences (CSCs) that help families identify strengths, develop solutions, and achieve positive outcomes for children and families. This position offers flexible scheduling and meaningful work while collaborating with families, HHS, community partners, and other support systems. Travel throughout the service area is required. This position serves families in Clinton and surrounding communities throughout Clinton County. Frequent local travel is required. Why Join Families First? Partner with families and professionals to develop plans that promote child safety, permanency, and family stability. Coordinate and prepare for meetings by gathering information and engaging participants. Guide productive discussions, build consensus, and encourage meaningful family participation. Develop and document action plans, goals, and next steps. Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting. Collaborate with HHS, service providers, caregivers, and community partners. Support families in identifying strengths, resources, and solutions to achieve lasting change. Qualifications You must meet one of the following requirements: Associate's Degree in a human services-related field and two years of full-time child welfare experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and one year of full-time child welfare experience; OR Master's Degree and one year of full-time child welfare experience.
