Job Description

Schedule & Commitment:
Frequency:
1 to 2 days per month (As-needed basis).
Hours:
Deliveries must be completed in a single day within a strict window between 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM . Perfect for retirees, college students, or anyone looking for a reliable, high-paying day of side work once or twice a month!
Position Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant plays a vital role in supporting Girl Scout membership growth by ensuring our promotional materials reach families across the Magic Valley region. This position focuses entirely on driving, logistics, and distribution: coordinating the pickup of prepared flyers and delivering them to local schools and community sites. Because you will be managing routes across multiple neighboring communities and schools operate on tight schedules, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, is highly self-motivated, and can efficiently meet strict daytime deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the pickup of pre-printed flyers and regional delivery kits. Map out efficient driving routes to distribute materials to designated school and community locations across Twin Falls, Filer, Jerome, and Cassia areas. Ensure all regional drop-offs are completed strictly within the school day window ( 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM ). Confirm and log completed deliveries with the program coordinator upon route completion.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent time management skills and the ability to map and manage driving routes independently. Highly reliable personal vehicle, a valid Idaho driver's license, and current auto insurance. Ability to lift and transport boxes of printed materials (approx. 20-30 lbs). Availability for daytime driving (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM) on scheduled delivery days. Must pass a standard background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong familiarity with Magic Valley highways and local school locations in Twin Falls, Jerome, and Cassia counties. Interest in or experience with youth-serving organizations like Girl Scouts. 9VvyKBj0qD
