Qualifications:

Valid School Social Worker (SSW) certification Professional Educator License (PEL) required Prior experience supporting children in Pre-K through 3rd-grade settings is highly valued Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 20-30 students, providing social-emotional assessments, counseling, and intervention as needed Work with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized strategies supporting academic and behavioral success Conduct group and individual sessions to address a range of social and emotional challenges Maintain thorough, organized documentation and contribute to the IEP process as a key team member Support school initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment This is a full-time contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, running from August 11, 2026 through May 30, 2027. Youll enjoy a professional schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Pay is competitive, ranging from $45$60 per hour dependent on experience.
