Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

We're looking for a passionate, organized, and relational leader who loves developing volunteers, partnering with families, and creating environments where children can discover God's love and grow in their faith. What You'll Do Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage a thriving team of volunteers who serve with excellence and joy. Lead Sunday morning volunteer huddles that build culture, vision, and community. Coordinate engaging weekend services, small groups, and special events that are safe, fun, and spiritually impactful. Prepare curriculum and ensure all child protection policies and volunteer screening processes are completed. Help create welcoming, organized, and engaging ministry environments that reflect Willow's standards of excellence. Partner with Willow Kids leaders across campuses to share ideas, collaborate, and support ministry initiatives. Step into teaching or classroom leadership when needed and support other campus ministry needs as opportunities arise.
Requirements:
We're Looking For Someone Who Is Passionate about helping children and families grow in their relationship with Jesus. A gifted recruiter who enjoys building, developing, and encouraging volunteer leaders. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ministry environment. A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with excellence. A strong communicator who builds healthy relationships with volunteers, parents, and staff. A collaborative teammate who enjoys working across ministries and campuses. Comfortable leading teams, solving problems, and adapting when plans change. Experience leading volunteers. Children's ministry leadership experience is preferred. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and actively engage in weekend ministry environments.
