r42874-62635 Job Description School-Based Social Worker IL We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW with PEL) for a school-based position supporting students across two school sites for the upcoming school year.

Position Details:

This is a split-placement role serving two school buildings: 3 days per week at one assigned school site 2 days per week at a second assigned school site

Schedule:

MondayFriday, 8:15 AM 3:15 PM (school calendar) School-Based Social Workers may provide: Individual and group counseling for students Crisis intervention and de-escalation support Social-emotional learning (SEL) assessments and goal development Collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participation in IEP meetings and behavioral/emotional planning Coordination of community resources and family outreach Progress monitoring and documentation

Qualifications:

Active LCSW or LMSW licensure required Professional Educator License (PEL) School Social Worker endorsement required Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required School-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation:

This is a W-2 hourly position. Compensation varies based on school district budgets, assignment type, and candidate experience and qualifications. Compensation starts at $45/hourly.
