Key Qualifications:

Active Illinois SSW license and Professional Educator License (PEL) Previous experience working within school settings Strong communication, advocacy, and collaborative skills Ability to respond with empathy and professionalism to both students and families Commitment to supporting student well-being and promoting a positive school climate

Responsibilities:

Provide both individual and group counseling for K-5 students Develop and implement intervention plans for students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Offer crisis intervention and connect families with relevant resources Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality protocols Youll thrive with a welcoming school community, consistent full-time hours (8AM-3:35PM), and the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
