RACES (Rape Advocacy, Counseling & Education Services) seeks a full-time therapist to join our therapy department and provide mental health therapy to survivors of sexual violence age 3 and up. This position will conduct approximately 20 hours a week of individual or family therapy and facilitate therapy groups. Preference for candidates who are able to provide therapy in Spanish and English ($2500 additonal annual pay for bilingual staff).

Qualifications:

At least nine months of therapy experience with both adults and children. Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a diverse population, and a team-focused orientation. A master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field. Degree must be license eligible, but a license is not a requirement for this position. Experience with marginalized communities preferred. Salary $60,000 per year.
