Job Description

The position of child support caseworker involves working well with people and being able to problem solve cases. The job requires preparing cases for Court, using Microsoft office, E-filing, ISETS (or similar systems), and learning several other enforcement systems. Caseworkers figure payment calculations and make sure all information in the child support system is accurate.
