Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Hutchinson, KS and surrounding areas Hospice Social Workers offer care and assistance to individuals in the final stage of life, as well as their families and close ones. Their purpose is to provide emotional and practical support, with the goal of enhancing the well-being of those confronting end-of-life challenges. Hospice social workers collaborate closely with healthcare teams to organize treatments, services, and available resources, ultimately aiming to enhance a patient's overall quality of life.
