We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Worker to provide essential clinical support to youth in secure care settings. Job Duties:

Assist with therapeutic services and provide supportive counseling to youth under supervision. Help with case management tasks, documentation, and treatment planning. Conduct interviews, gather social histories, and support assessments of youth needs. Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services. Observe and report youth behavior, progress, and safety concerns. Apply trauma-informed, culturally competent practices in all interactions. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development. Perform related duties to support youth rehabilitation and clinical operations.
