Key Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred Strong understanding of child development, crisis intervention, and family support services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and school teams Ability to create individualized support plans and provide both group and one-on-one services Organized, compassionate, and adaptable with a commitment to student advocacy and well-being
