Job Description

Part-Time Hospice Social Worker Join our compassionate hospice team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. We are seeking a Part-Time Hospice Social Worker to provide emotional support, counseling, care coordination, and advocacy for patients receiving hospice services. This position is 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work ( BA/BSW preferred ) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Previous hospice or healthcare experience is a plus If you are passionate about providing comfort, dignity, and support during life's most important moments, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule:

Part-Time, 20 hours per week Full time schedule- with some flexibility Mostly day shifts but some weekends may be needed to suit patient's needs We look forward to hearing from you!
