9616493-02128 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting high school students with your expertise as a school-based Social Worker in the Boston area. This full-time contract opportunity is available from September through January, with the potential for extension for the remainder of the academic year. Youll work with a vibrant community of students in grades 912, fostering growth, advocacy, and positive change.

Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to the needs of high school students Conduct assessments and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Develop and implement behavior intervention plans as needed Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and conflict resolution Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and district policies Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Advocate for students to ensure equitable access to school and community resources

Qualifications:
