Qualifications and Experience:

Active Massachusetts Social Worker License is required Previous experience serving high school students is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families Ability to manage and prioritize caseload efficiently Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus, but not necessary

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and counseling services to high school students Conduct assessments and develop action plans tailored to individual student needs Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families Facilitate crisis intervention and develop preventative strategies Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and accurate records Advocate for students to foster an inclusive, supportive school environment
