MCAS Clerk Part-time, 17.5 hours/week, school year only plus 10 days (190 days)LOCATION

The MCAS Clerk is responsible for all duties and responsibilities of the position as detailed under job requirements. The successful candidate will be very efficient and organized and well versed in Microsoft Office.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Report to Principal & School Counseling Coordinator
- Standardized test clerk: MCAS, SAT, AP, ACT and any other test deemed appropriate
- Track and record students who enter and leave the district for testing purposes
- Communicate as necessary with the DESE
- Communicate with Counselors, Deans, Principal & Coordinators
- Order MCAS testing materials
- Proctor MCAS testing throughout the year
- Know how to utilize Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Create MCAS Proctor/Monitor assignments for testing windows as well as room swaps as needed and create special education testing locations.
