School Social Worker/ School Adjustment license with DESE is required.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct service and consultation for studentsUse a significant portion of each day in direct contact with students for counseling, planning or decision makingProvide classroom and small group instructionProvide crisis counseling and referral when necessary to outside agenciesMediate with students and staff to resolve conflicts that interfere with the learning process. Provide consultation to staff regarding student difficulty in the classroom and assistance in developing positive behavior intervention and support plansServe as a resource person to staff to provide information about behavioral, social, emotional matters which may have significance for students program.
