Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW-C, LMSW, or similar acceptable for school settings) Prior experience in school-based social work strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group counseling Strong crisis intervention skills and comfort with case management Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to supporting diverse student backgrounds and needs
