Duties:

• Seeking a Child & Adolescent therapist
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

Requirements:

• Ability to see clients of all ages especially Children and Adolescents
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or application to get one
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its application in mental health therapy.
• Strong understanding of gender issues and the ability to provide counseling in this area.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in clinical research, data collection, and coding is preferred but not required.
