On-Site | Two School Sites A school district in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to support students across two school sites for the 2026-2027 school year. Placement within the district will be based on the candidate's age-group and location preferences.

Position Details:

August 13, 2026 - June 10, 2027 Full-time schedule 35 hours per week On-site position Support across 2 school sites Placement based on age and location preference Provide social-emotional and behavioral support to students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support planning

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work required Appropriate Maryland state social work licensure required Maryland educator certification as a School Social Worker preferred Candidates without the school certification must be willing and eligible to obtain it upon offer Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
