We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors to join our dynamic team. Job Summary:
As a Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), you will be an integral part of our youth centers, delivering expert social work services to patients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will address the behavioral health needs of individuals facing challenges. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact. A Maryland License is required. Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 10am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:
Previous work experience with adolescents is required. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to addressing the behavioral health needs of youth and their families. Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team. Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support their emotional and psychological well-being. Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care. Collaborate with the team and other healthcare professionals to integrate social work perspectives into the overall treatment plan. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute situations.
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth and adults. Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

$145,600.00 - $165,750.00 per year
