Safe House Advocate Safe Voices is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and engaging individual to fill the full-time role of Safe House Advocate. This position is responsible for providing advocacy and support services to survivors of domestic abuse and violence, sex trafficking, and sexual exploitation. Responsibilities include comprehensive safety planning, emotional support, crisis intervention, and general advocacy services for survivors in person at our shelters, over the phone, and through our 24-hour helpline. The Safe House Advocate also assists with the daily operations and programming of the shelters. The schedule for this position is Sunday-Wednesday, 8.5 hours per day. The schedule will fall within the hours of 10:00am-8:30pm, with specific hours established upon hire based on candidate availability and agency needs. Potential schedules may include 10:00am-6:30pm, 11:00am-7:30pm, or 12:00pm-8:30pm. Safe Voices is an equal opportunity employer, committed to growing a diverse staff.
