Responsibilities include:

Assessing residents' social, emotional, and behavioral health needs Participating in weekly care plan meetings Applying motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive change Utilizing crisis intervention skills as needed Building trust and rapport with diverse populations This position requires proven experience in social work, long-term care, and behavioral health, with preferred background in addiction or substance abuse treatment. Work is in person for approximately 20 hours per week.
