Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work and eligibility for state licensure Previous experience as a school social worker strongly preferred Ability to assess student needs and develop individualized support plans Skilled in crisis intervention, counseling, and conflict resolution Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiar with relevant laws and ethical guidelines relating to student support and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
