Living Innovations is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized Children's Services Coordinator to lead our youth-focused initiatives. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination, staffing, and high-level quality assurance of our children's programs. You will serve as the primary bridge between families, community partners, and our frontline care team, ensuring that every child receives tailored, exceptional support. A key focus of this position includes directing and mentoring Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs), empowering them to deliver transformative care while fostering their ongoing professional growth.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage children's services. Oversee staff, to provide quality care to children. Develop and implement service plans that meet children's needs and interests. Maintain accurate records and reports on service activities and children's progress. Collaborate with families and community partners to connect children with necessary resources.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social services or related field. (REQUIRED) 2 years of experience working with children. (REQUIRED) BHP certification preferred. Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies. Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
