Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC is preferred, though LMSWs are also welcome to apply Experience in a school setting or providing direct counseling services to adolescents is highly valued Familiarity with managing caseloads of 30+ students, adapting to varied needs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently across multiple school sites Willingness and eligibility to undergo fingerprint background checks

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one, and small-group counseling services to students, focusing primarily on high schoolers Assess students' social-emotional needs and develop individualized interventions Document progress and maintain accurate confidential records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support holistic student development Travel between a high school and a middle school setting within the week Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
