Onsite School Social Worker - Coldwater, MI Area E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking a School Social Worker for an onsite school-based opportunity in the Coldwater, Michigan area . This position serves students across multiple school locations and offers a manageable caseload with mileage reimbursement for travel between assigned sites.

Setting:

Onsite, school-based

Caseload:

Approximately 30-35 students Majority of students are PreK-8 , with some students in grades 8-12 Services provided across several school locations in the Coldwater-area region Mileage between assigned locations reimbursed at the IRS mileage rate Responsibilities Provide school social work services to students based on individual needs and IEP requirements Provide individual and group counseling and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other special education professionals Assist with behavioral interventions and student support plans Maintain appropriate documentation and progress monitoring Provide consultation and resources to school teams and families Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work Appropriate Michigan social work licensure Michigan Department of Education (MDE) School Social Worker approval/certification required School-based experience preferred Knowledge of special education and the IEP process Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Why E-Therapy?
