Step into a rewarding role supporting 4th and 5th-grade students as a School Social Worker. Ideal candidates will bring:

Current LMSW or LLMSW licensure with a 310 requirement (or willingness to obtain a 310) Experience working as a school social worker or in similar educational settings Strong skills in crisis intervention and behavioral management Ability to evaluate students for special education services Confidence in leading discussions and meetings, particularly behavior plan meetings Familiarity with gathering and analyzing student-centered data to inform intervention Key responsibilities include: Delivering essential school social work services to 4th and 5th graders Providing crisis intervention and social-emotional support, especially for special education students Collaborating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collecting relevant data to support student progress Leading behavior plan meetings and actively participating in developing strategies for individual students Supporting the evaluation process for special education services This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to impact students lives, working in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
