What Were Looking For:

Valid Michigan School Social Worker licensure (full, unsupervised credentials required) Experience supporting students with a range of behavioral and academic needs in school settings Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills Strong understanding of relevant laws and practices regarding special education and student support services Empathy, resourcefulness, and a passion for empowering young people to thrive
