This full-time contract role (32.5 hours per week), located near Grand Ledge, MI, runs from November 2 through early 2027. You'll play an integral part in fostering positive school experiences and contributing to the social-emotional growth of students at the start of their educational journeys. What you'll bring: Valid Michigan School Social Worker Certification (must be in-hand) Active Michigan Social Worker License (LLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW) Prior experience providing support in early childhood or kindergarten settings is highly valued Strong assessment and evaluation skills A compassionate, positive, and collaborative approach to working with children, families, and school personnel Your responsibilities will include: Delivering social work services to early childhood and kindergarten students, helping them thrive academically and personally Conducting evaluations and assisting with ongoing assessments to best support students' individual needs Collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective intervention strategies Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with professional and state standards In addition to a rewarding and dynamic work environment, compensation for this contract role ranges from $42 to $48 per hour.
