Shift Timing:

Mon-Fri 8:30-5 (could be required to participate in manager on call rotation for hospice operations

Contract Length:

Permanent (Fulltime)

Salary Range:

$75K to $85K per annum

License/Certification/Experience:

Master's degree in social work required; hospice or palliative care related leadership experience preferred. Prior program development experience preferred Experience in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office products is required Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, and guide teams through periods of growth and change.
